Vault’s File Manager simplifies navigation, integration, and sharing, — providing access to critical information where and when it’s needed.

Overview:

Navigating large, multi-layered document management systems can be overwhelming—especially in environments with high volumes of technical files, revisions, and user permissions

Vault, with it's integration with market leaders in EDMS, SharePoint and Capture Systems simplify the retrieval Issue, of documents, turnover packages, simplifying the complex world of navigating complex document management systems when you need it most.

The documents can if required, be geographically placed which can enable and assist turnover to maintenance asset systems and operational teams. Below is where construction drawings and specifications, manuals are being plotted on a GA drawing to locate information.

This significantly improves turnover as information is simple to locate rather than in multiple folders and obscure vendor driven document codes and naming conventions.

Sharing Content

Recognising that electronic document systems are complex, contain a lot of information, sometimes difficult to find information. Vault has an inbuilt sharing mechanism which is focussed in getting key stakeholders access to vital information in a single click, and in some cases without the need for accounts or any logging in.

Any file / folder can be linked – a QR code created, and poster printed.

The QR code or Link takes you to the document, be it a schedule, policy, guideline, or specification. Users can choose posters to display these codes on or access them via a mobile link.

Shortcuts are perfect way for sharing dynamic content that changes or is updated on a regular basis such as site documents, reports etc. without the hassle of reprinting and reposting a new QR code poster. Shortcuts also make it easier and quicker to access files or folders for Vault users and site personal.
