Each workflow is:
- Fully customisable, allowing Defect Logging, Blocking, and approval gates.
- Assign Defects and Add Photos/Videos
- Collaborative, with real-time updates from participants and role-based access to relevant tasks.
- Checklist-enabled, ensuring critical steps (like QA/QC reviews, permitting documentation, or environmental assessments) are consistently captured and auditable.
